Welcome to our merch page! In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we've decided to make our ordering process as simple as possible—eliminating fees from third-party store apps.

Here's how it works:

 

1) When you find something you'd like to purchase, use our Merch Order Request Form. Select what merch you are interested in purchasing and provide the details requested on the rest of the form.
 

2) We will email you from info@toadandjaguar.com with an invoice and the details of your requested payment method. For online payment, we are doing digital methods e.g. Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. We only offer credit card as a payment method for in-person purchases.

3) Once we receive payment, we will ship your merch to you ASAP and send a confirmation email with tracking info.

To keep your personal information safe, please note: We will NEVER call or email you to ask for your credit card information. And while some of our digital payment methods do use the email toadandjaguar@gmail.com, we will ONLY send you an invoice from our official email info@toadandjaguar.com.
